Banana Bran Muffins
These Banana Bran Muffins are hearty, healthy and so delicious! Full of fibre and a great recipe for your ripe bananas.

Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a muffin tin with 12 paper muffin liners.
Mash 3 bananas. I put my bananas on a plate and use a fork to mash them. Set aside.
In a bowl whisk together the flour, wheat bran, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a separate large mixing bowl cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add in the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
Then add the flour mixture and blend until just moistened.
Scoop the muffin batter evenly between the 12 prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
