Banana Berry Bomb Muffins
These Banana Berry Bomb Muffins are a great way to use up old bananas. They're loaded with banana flavour and healthy berries!

Ingredients

oats

cup
all purpose flour
1/4
cup
wheat germ
1/2
cup
sugar
1 1/2
tsp
baking powder
1
tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1 1/2
cups
mashed bananas
2
eggs
1/4
cup
melted butter
1
tsp
vanilla
1
cup
frozen berries
blueberries and/or raspberries
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the oats, flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mix together the bananas, eggs, melted butter and vanilla.
Add the frozen berries to the dry mix. (This may help to keep the berries from colouring your batter too much)
Then combine the 2 bowls.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
