Baked Brie with Honey, Walnuts and Rosemary

Ingredients

wheel of Brie cheese
about 6 inches
1/2
cup
coarsely chopped walnuts
2
tsp
chopped fresh rosemary
1
tbsp
chopped fresh cranberries
2
tbsp
honey and more for drizzling after baking
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare the walnuts, rosemary and cranberries (coarsely chop all). Then mix together.
Score the top of the brie wheel (see images above).
Add the nut mixture to the top of the Brie wheel.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with extra honey.
Serve with fresh baguette slices.
