How to Freeze Onions

Ingredients
- onions: green white, purple or any kind (see tips above)
- freezer ziplock bags
Instructions
- Slice, chop or mince the onions.
- Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the prepared onions in a single layer on the baking sheet and put in the freezer overnight.
- Once the onions are frozen, transfer them to a ziplock bag.
- Label the bag and refreeze.
- Use as needed.
