Combine the coconut cream and sugar. I like to use a hand blender to blend and make the mixture creamy and smooth.
Then stir in the sweetened flaked coconut.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for about 8 hours (overnight is easy!).
Notes
To add wooden popsicle sticks, freeze your popsicles without the sticks for about 1 hour, then add them in. That way they will stand properly in your popsicle.
