Ingredients
3eggs
1 1/2cupsmilk
1/4cupoil
1tspvanilla
3/4cuphomemade apple sauceit can be chunky
3cupsold fashioned rolled oatsquick oats work well too
1/2cupbrown sugar
2tspbaking powder
1/4tspsalt
1 1/2tspcinnamon
1/4tspallspice
clovespinch of ground
1tspground ginger
1/2cupraisins
Instructions
Whisk together the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Then stir in apple sauce.
In a separate bowl whisk together the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and spices.
Combine the egg mixture and oat mixture. Mix well.
Stir in the raisins.
Pour into an 8x8 baking dish. Then cover and refrigerate overnight.
Put the dish into a cold oven, and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
