Caesar Salad Recipe

A classic Caesar Salad Recipe that’s made without raw egg. This dressing is creamy, garlicky and so delicious!


Units Scale

Caesar Dressing:

  • 12 cloves of garlic (peeled and crushed)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 23 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • a pinch of salt
  • fresh ground black pepper


  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce, cut into bite sized pieces
  • croutons (pre-made or homemade croutons)


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend until creamy. I like to use a hand blender for this part.
  2. In large bowl add the chopped romaine lettuce, then toss with the caesar dressing right before serving.
  3. Top with croutons.
  4. And have extra parmesan cheese and lemon wedges ready on the side!
  5. Serve and enjoy!
