Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar Salad Recipe that’s made without raw egg. This dressing is creamy, garlicky and so delicious!

Caesar Dressing:
- 1 – 2 cloves of garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 – 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash Tabasco sauce
- a pinch of salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Salad:
- 1 large head of romaine lettuce, cut into bite sized pieces
- croutons (pre-made or homemade croutons)
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend until creamy. I like to use a hand blender for this part.
- In large bowl add the chopped romaine lettuce, then toss with the caesar dressing right before serving.
- Top with croutons.
- And have extra parmesan cheese and lemon wedges ready on the side!
- Serve and enjoy!
