These Antipasto Skewers are a delicious and easy appetizer! The ingredient possibilities and flavour combinations are endless.


Units Scale
  • 2 cups cooked tortellini pasta
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 cup olives (I used Kalamata Olives and Feta Stuffed Green Olives)
  • 1 cup sliced charcuterie meat (we love gypsy salami)
  • 1 cup cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup cubed cheese


  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions.
  2. Then pour on the Italian Salad Dressing and marinate the pasta for at least an hour or overnight.
  3. When the tortellini has been marinated for the appropriate time, it’s time to skewer!
  4. Try to get 1 of each of the ingredients onto a skewer. If you can’t, don’t worry about it, mix them up.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
