Simple Summer Tomato & Avocado Sandwich

  • slices tomato (cut into chunks or)
  • slices avocado (cut into chunks or)
  • vegetable spreadable cream cheese
  • pea shoots or alfalfa sprouts
  • salt & pepper to taste

Classic Turkey Sandwich

  • turkey (sliced)
  • cranberry sauce
  • mayonnaise
  • cheese (we love havarti with turkey)
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Bocconcini, Basil & Tomato Sandwich

  1. This is a very simple sandwich to make, and tastes like a restaurant lunch.
  2. Lay out your bread, add a tomato, a slice of bocconcini cheese, some basil, drizzle with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then add fresh ground pepper!

Classic Tuna Sandwich

  1. Combine all the above ingredients for the tuna sandwich, and serve on bread.

Simple Summer Tomato & Avocado Sandwich

  1. Toast your bread, then spread on some cream cheese.
  2. Top with the tomatoes, avocado, pea shoots and salt & pepper.
