Make this Sheet Pan Lemon Honey Garlic Turkey Dinner in less than 1 hour!  Sweet, tangy and so flavourful.  And one dish means dinner prep and clean up is easier than ever!

Ingredients

Scale

Turkey:

  • 1.52 lb turkey breast (cut into 2 inch chunks)

Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (approx juice from 1 lemon)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp hot sauce ((I used Sriracha))
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Vegetables:

  • 1 yam (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  • 2 large potatoes (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  • 1 large onion (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  • 10 brussels sprouts (cut in half)
  • 2 lemons (sliced)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Glaze:

  1. Whisk together the lemon juice, honey, brown sugar, garlic, hot sauce and soy sauce.
  2. In a bowl mix together the turkey pieces with the glaze and let marinate while you prepare the vegetables.  See notes.

Vegetables:

  1. Prepare your vegetables and lay them out on a sheet pan.

Putting it all together:

  1. Add the chunks of turkey to the sheet pan.
  2. Then drizzle 3/4 of glaze on the turkey pieces.
  3. Then drizzle some olive oil and the remaining glaze over the vegetables. Gently mix the vegetables until they’re coated in oil and the glaze.
  4. Salt & pepper generously.
  5. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through, and the yams are soft.

Notes

If you have time, the turkey can marinate in the glaze overnight.  This will give the best flavour!
