How to Make Roasted Garlic

Roasted Garlic is easy to make, and makes a delicious addition to bread, soups and stews!


  • 1 full head of garlic
  • olive oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the top off of the head of garlic, just to expose the cloves inside.
  3. Place the garlic head on a piece of tin foil.
  4. Drizzle the top with about 1 – 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. Wrap the head in the tin foil.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour.
