Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats
When fall meets a classic cereal treat, you end up with these Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats! Flavoured with pumpkin and pumpkin spices, these are delicious (and easy to make)!

- 50 large marshmallows
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin pure
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 cups rice krispie cereal
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×13 baking pan by rubbing the inside lightly with butter. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan melt the butter over low heat.
- Stir in the pumpkin puree.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until they completely melted (don’t boil the mixture, you only want to melt everything).
- Remove from heat then stir in the pumpkin spice, cinnamon and vanilla.
- In a separate large bowl measure out the 6 cups of rice krispie cereal.
- Then pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cereal and stir until the cereal is completely coated.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan, and using a rubber spatula or a lightly buttered piece of parchment paper, press the mixture into the pan.
- Let cool.
- While the square is cooling, melt the white chocolate chips.
- Then drizzle the white chocolate over the top of the square.
- Let cool then cut into squares.
