These Pumpkin Pie Waffles are so delicious, and are perfect for cozy fall mornings! Serve with syrup and Cinnamon Whipped Cream!

Pumpkin Pie Waffles:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • dash nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Cinnamon Whipped Cream

  • 1473 mL container of whipping cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Cinnamon Whipped Cream:

  • Using a mixer whip the cream, sugar and cinnamon together until light and fluffy.  Do not over whip.
  • Set aside.

Pumpkin Pie Waffles:

  1. In a bowl whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the pumpkin puree and melted butter.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and salt.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix together gently.
  5. Let the batter sit for a few minutes to give it time to puff up.
  6. Once your waffle maker is ready to go, depending on the size of your maker, scoop the batter in and enjoy! (for my maker I used 1/4 cup batter for each waffle)
  7. Serve with syrup and the cinnamon whipped cream!
