Parmesan Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms

These Parmesan Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms are a quick and delicious appetizer! Perfect for holiday gatherings with friends & family.


  • 24 button or cremini mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 18 oz block cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Clean and remove the stems from the mushrooms.
  3. Line the mushrooms on a baking sheet. Set aside.
  4. Using a mixer, cream together the cream cheese, and parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Mix in the garlic, green onion, salt and pepper.
  6. Add a generous teaspoon cream cheese mixture into the centres of the mushrooms.
  7. Place the tray of mushrooms in the oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  8. While the mushrooms are baking, melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet and add the bread crumbs. Cook until browned.
  9. When the mushrooms are done baking, remove them from the oven, sprinkle them with the bread crumbs, and garnish with the chopped parsley.
  10. Serve immediately!
