Lemon Whipped Cream is a delicious way to serve up an old favourite topping! Delicious on cakes, pies and pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 1500 mL container of whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • juice from half of a lemon
  • 12 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a mixer on the highest speed, whip together the whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks are formed.
  2. Mix in the lemon juice and zest.
