Cheesy Baked Salsa Dip

This Cheesy Baked Salsa Dip is made with the most simple ingredients and is ready in 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.



Cheesy Baked Salsa Dip:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp chopped jalapenos (less if you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips


Cheesy Baked Salsa Dip

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a small baking dish, sprinkle 3/4 cup of the the shredded cheese.
  3. Pour on the salsa.
  4. Add the remaining 3/4 cup cheese.
  5. Sprinkle on the jalapenos and cilantro.
  6. Bake for 3 – 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Garnish with some fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
