Ingredients

onions: green, white, purple or any kind (see tips above)
freezer ziplock bags

Instructions

Slice, chop or mince the onions.
Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
Sprinkle the prepared onions in a single layer on the baking sheet and put in the freezer overnight.
Once the onions are frozen, transfer them to a ziplock bag.
Label the bag and refreeze.
Use as needed.
