  • potatoes (approximately 1 potato per person)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Slice the potatoes into strips.
  3. Then toss them in a bowl with a good drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Generously season to taste, with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for about 30-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are crunchy.


Use approximately one potato per person.
