Easy Egg Bites
These Easy Egg Bites are a delicious way to start the day! Make them in different flavour combinations for everyone. A great recipe to freeze for grab-and-go breakfast.

Egg Bites:
- 10 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup grated cheese
Optional Ingredients:
- green onions
- chopped tomatoes
- chopped mushrooms
- chopped Swiss chard or spinach
- chopped bell peppers
- chopped cooked ham
- chopped cooked potatoes
- chopped asparagus
- chopped broccoli
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare a muffin pan by spraying the cups lightly with oil. Set aside.
- In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Stir in the cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin cups, dividing it evenly between the 12 cups.
- Now add what ever additions you want in the egg cups. You can make them all different if you like! I add about 1 tablespoon of ingredients to each cup.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. It may take longer depending on how many optional ingredients you have added.
- Serve immediately.
- Or let cool and freeze for later (see tips above).
