Easy & Delicious Flavoured Waters

Flavoured waters are a delicious and refreshing no-sugar drink, perfect for hot summer days! Make a jug and leave it out on the counter for everyone to enjoy.


  • 1 fresh lemon (sliced)
  • 1 fresh lime (sliced)
  • 1 fresh orange (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/2 medium cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh mint
  • ice cubes
  • water


  1. Slice all of the fruit ahead and set aside.
  2. Fill a glass jar with ice, about halfway full, then top with water.
  3. Stir in the fresh fruit and mint.
  4. Serve & enjoy!
