Easter Jello Whips Dessert

If you’re looking for a really simple and pretty dessert idea for Easter, these Easter Jello Whips are delicious! Made with just 2 ingredients (jello and yogurt).

Grape Jello Layer:

  • 1 (85 g) box grape jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Lemon Jello Layer:

  • 1 (9 g) box sugar free lemon jello or 1 (85 g) box regular jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Whipped Cream Topping

Instructions

  1. In one bowl mix the grape jello powder with the boiling and cold water, making sure to mix well until the jello dissolves.
  2. Then pour the jello into a blender.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into about 8 small cups to set.
  5. Cover the cups and put them in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes before adding the lemon jello layer.
  6. After about 20 minutes into the cooling time for the grape jello, make the lemon layer (same instructions as above).
  7. Once the grape layer has cooled and set, add the lemon layer.
  8. Let chill for at least 2 hours. They can sit overnight (cover them).
  9. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
