This 2 Ingredient White Chocolate Easter Bark is simple and perfect for Easter baskets or holiday treat plates. Use your favourite Easter candies!

Units Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chunks (white chocolate chips or white melting candy discs)
  • 1 cup Easter egg candy (see tips)

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
  2. To melt the chocolate I use a double boiler method: use an actual double boiler, or a saucepan and heatproof bowl. I like to use the saucepan/bowl option: all you have to do is put about 2 inches of water in the saucepan, get it boiling, then place the bowl over the opening of the saucepan. Place the chocolate into the empty bowl, and stir it until melted.
  3. Use a rubber spatula to spread the melted chocolate out on to the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Let the chocolate cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle on your Easter candy.
  5. Allow the bark to cool completely, before breaking it into pieces.

You can use any kind of candy that you like! This recipe also works well with those chocolate mini-eggs. If you decide to use those instead of jellybeans, make sure the white chocolate has cooled for just a few minutes before you add the eggs or the hard shells will crack!
