2 Ingredient Easter Egg Bark

An easy 2 Ingredient Easter Egg Bark recipe!  Delicious, simple and great for gift giving! Use your favourite Easter Candy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chunks (baking chips or candy discs)
  • 1 cup Easter egg jelly beans

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. To melt the chocolate, use a double boiler, or a saucepan and a metal or glass bowl. I like to use the saucepan/metal bowl option: all you have to do is put about an inch of water in the saucepan, get it boiling, then put the bowl over the opening of the saucepan. Put the chocolate into the empty bowl, and stir it until melted.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate out on to the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Let the chocolate cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle on your jelly beans.
  5. Allow the chocolate to cool completely, before breaking it into pieces.

Notes

You can use any kind of candy that you like! This recipe also works well with those chocolate mini-eggs. If you decide to use those instead of jellybeans, make sure the white chocolate has cooled for just a few minutes before you add the eggs or the hard shells will crack!
