Coconut Popsicles

These Coconut Popsicles are homemade, refreshing and a perfect summer treat! Only 3 fresh ingredients for this simple to make popsicle recipe.


Units Scale
  • 1 litre (or 2 cans) of coconut cream (see tips)
  • 4 tbsp icing sugar (confectioners sugar)
  • 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut


  1. Combine the coconut cream and sugar. I like to use a hand blender to blend and make the mixture creamy and smooth.
  2. Then stir in the sweetened flaked coconut.
  3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for about 8 hours (overnight is easy!).


To add wooden popsicle sticks, freeze your popsicles without the sticks for about 1 hour, then add them in. That way they will stand properly in your popsicle.
