Chocolate Cookies n’ Creme Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 package of Cookies n’ Creme candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars.
  3. Add eggs one at a time. Mix.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
  6. Add flour mix to sugar mix, and combine.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Take enough dough, to make about a 1 inch ball. Press flat. Lay the Cookies n’ Creme candy on the flat dough.
  9. Take enough dough to make another 1 inch ball. Press flat. Lay on top of the candy.
  10. Pinch sides together.
  11. Bake for 12 – 14 minutes.
