Creamy Avocado Vinaigrette

This Creamy Avocado Vinaigrette is tangy and so flavourful!  Perfect on a simple green salad!

Ingredients

Creamy Avocado Vinaigrette:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • juice from 1 small lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar (or Sweet Rose Wine Vinegar is really nice)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 – 3 tbsp milk (more if you think the dressing is too thick)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

All Green Salad:

  • lettuce greens
  • parsley (chopped)
  • green pepper (chopped)
  • green onion (sliced)
  • celery (chopped)
  • cucumber (chopped or sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine all of the ingredients for the salad dressing. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Toss the dressing with the salad greens.
  3. Enjoy!
