Airfryer Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

These Airfryer Roasted Pumpkin Seeds are crunchy, salty and so delicious.  Using an Airfryer is the easiest way to make them!


  • 23 cups fresh pumpkin seeds (rinsed and dried (I rinse them with water in a colander and pick out any pieces of pumpkin, then lay them out on a towel to dry for about 10 minutes))
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • salt
  • fresh ground pepper


  1. In a bowl toss the pumpkin seeds with the oil.
  2. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Add the seeds to the Airfryer basket and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  You can cook them for a few minutes more if you want them extra crispy.
