2 – 3 cups fresh pumpkin seeds (rinsed and dried (I rinse them with water in a colander and pick out any pieces of pumpkin, then lay them out on a towel to dry for about 10 minutes))
2 tsp vegetable oil
salt
fresh ground pepper
Instructions
In a bowl toss the pumpkin seeds with the oil.
Season with salt & pepper.
Add the seeds to the Airfryer basket and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. You can cook them for a few minutes more if you want them extra crispy.
